  • Salad Mix 
    • You can use any pre-packaged salad mix available at supermarkets or convenience stores. The choice of salad ingredients is completely up to you, so feel free to pick what you like best! 
  • Egg Mayo 
    • You can buy egg mayo from the store, but if you prefer making it at home, here's a simple recipe: 
      • Crack two eggs into a microwave-safe container and beat them well. 
      • Microwave for 1 minute until the eggs are cooked. 
      • Mash the eggs and mix with mustard, a little bit of oligodang (or allulose), salt, and pepper. 
  • Balsamic Sauce 
    • If you don't have store-bought balsamic dressing, you can make your own by mixing: 
      • 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar 
      • 5 tablespoons of olive oil 
      • A pinch of salt and pepper 
      • A little bit of allulose 
  • Noodles 
    • While you can use regular pasta, I opted for kong protein noodles instead, which do not require boiling. These Made in 5 minutes Salad Pasta noodles are a great alternative because they are ready in seconds and are gluten-free!
