Here comes the story behind the recipe
Tofu Chocolate Sandwich

Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g silken tofu
- 8 biscuits (cookies)
- 4 tbsp allulose
- Vanilla syrup (optional)
- 4 paper cups
Instructions:
Step 1: Melt the Chocolate Place the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat in 10-second intervals until fully melted.
Step 2: Blend with Silken Tofu Using a blender or whisk, mix the melted dark chocolate with silken tofu until you get a smooth consistency.
Step 3: Add Sweetness Mix in 4 tbsp of allulose to balance the bitterness of the dark chocolate. If you prefer a stronger chocolate taste, adjust the sweetness to your liking.
Step 4: Enhance the Flavor (Optional) If the tofu flavor is too noticeable, add a small amount of vanilla syrup to neutralize it.
Step 5: Assemble the Sandwiches Place one biscuit at the bottom ofeach paper cup. Pour the tofu chocolate mixture over the biscuit. Top with another biscuit to complete the sandwich.
Step 6: Freeze Until Firm Place the assembled Tofu Chocolate Sandwich in the freezer for at least one hour. Once firm, remove from the paper cups and enjoy!
Notes:
- Store your Tofu Chocolate Sandwich in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a week.
